Here’s a closer look at what’s changing, and why.

We’re introducing an automated palletisation system to improve export productivity, increase consistency and meet commercial expectations. This includes expanded storage for higher pallet production and site works for a new shed and logistics hub to support future growth.

We’re also launching SKILLS PLUS, a new program helping people with intellectual and neurodiverse disabilities build the skills, confidence and experience they need to move into jobs of their choice.

These changes strengthen our organisation and create meaningful pathways into long-term, inclusive employment.
