Pallets

We produce a range of pine pallets using timber from local sustainable forests. We stock standard sizes to ensure quick turnaround time and we can also customise pallets to your needs. All of our pallets can be fumigated on site and certified for export..

Bins

Wooden Bins & Crates

Our wooden produce bins suit most needs, from Apples and Pistachio’s to wine. We can plane the timber preventing any bruising to fruit while in transit. We also provide stencilling so that your bins and crates can be identified.

They can be ISPM compliant (fumigated) if you are sending your products overseas.

Labelling

We provide machine and hand labelling services, ideal for the wine and brewing industries. Our labelling machine handles large volumes, while our skilled team manages smaller, detailed jobs with precision. In addition to labelling, we also provide an overstickering service and have two high-capacity de-labelling machines, ideal for managing large-scale projects.

Save time and effort, no job is too big or small, and outsourcing is often more cost effective.

Burnishing

Burnishing

Burnishing offers a way to showcase a brand with lasting impact. Messages are permanently imprinted into wood, creating an elegant and durable finish. This technique is environmentally friendly and ensures that packaging continues to reflect the story of the brand long after the product has been consumed.

FUMIGATION ICON.jpg

Fumigation

ISPM 15 was established to prevent the global spread of timber pests by regulating the movement of timber packaging and dunnage in international trade. It defines phytosanitary measures designed to minimise the risk of introducing or spreading quarantine pests associated with timber packaging materials.

In compliance with ISPM 15 standards, treatment services may include fumigation of pallets, crates, and bins where required.

All timber used in our display boxes, however, is supplied pre-heat-treated to ISPM 15 specifications, ensuring it is pest-free and fully export-compliant without the need for chemical fumigation.

Environmental Sustainability

We prioritise sustainable packaging and actively support a circular economy. Our waste is re-purposed into resources that support participants in skills development and small business activities. By choosing plantation timber for our premium packaging, we ensure a beautiful aesthetic and a lower carbon footprint, making our boxes the eco-friendly partner for quality Australian wine.

We only use timber that is:

  • Sourced from South Australian Harvest plantations

  • Free from dyes, chemicals or bleaches

  • Our excess wood is recycled into kindling for sale and offcuts for craft and cottage business opportunities for participants

  • We are ISPM15 Certified

Other sustainable practices include:

  • Onsite water collection and a waste water management system

  • 170kw solar system complemented with low energy lighting

  • All plastics, waste and cardboard are recycled

  • We have provisions in place for EV charging stations at our Barossa site as part of our strategy to transition our vehicle fleet away from carbon-based fuels
