Barossa Youth Options Active at The Rex

The Barossa Youth Options (Duke of Ed) participants brought the energy to the Rex Rec Centre, diving into pickleball, badminton and basketball for an action-packed session!

There was plenty of friendly competition, great sportsmanship and strong teamwork on display. Everyone stepped up, gave it a go and encouraged each other throughout the morning — exactly what The Duke of Edinburgh International Award is all about.

This session supports the Physical Recreation component of the Award, while also building confidence, resilience and communication skills along the way.
