At Barossa Enterprises, our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services empower people with disability to live independently, confidently, and on their own terms.

We provide tailored, day-to-day support in shared or individual homes—helping with personal care, meals, household tasks, medication, and skill development. Every support is designed around the individual, building capability while respecting choice, dignity, and routine.

Our approach is flexible and person-centred. Supports are typically delivered as a consistent weekly model, giving participants greater control over how support is used across their week, while ensuring stability and reliability.

As needs evolve, we adapt. We work alongside participants and their support networks to adjust supports smoothly, including transition arrangements that maintain continuity and minimise disruption.

When the unexpected happens, we respond—providing additional support during unplanned events to ensure participants remain safe, supported, and at home.
